Investment Casting
Process: silica sol and composite type of water glass.
Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, alloy steel, etc.
Equipment: 150kg smelting electric furnace, automatic shell making line, wax press, dewaxing kettle, shot blasting machine, material spectrum analyzer, portable smelting spectrometer, etc. Product unit weight: 10g-100kg.
Mechanical Processing
Process: design simulation processing technology and manufacture processing fixtures
Materials: various castings and structural sections processing

Steel Casting and Iron Casting

Steel Structure Welding
Process: computer disassembly and simulation of welding components to develop welding processes
Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, pipes and structural sections
Equipment: plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine, CNC automatic cutting machine, bending machine, rolling machine
Stamping Sheet Metal
Process: Independently designed stamping process and independently produced stamping molds
Materials: aluminum plate, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural sections and pipes
Equipment: laser cutting machine, CNC punching machine, plasma cutting machine, CNC bending machine, argon arc welding, 1200T friction press and automatic welding robot
